Today we are going to take a look at a new feature in Photoshop CS4, the Fluid Zoom and View Rotation tools. The Fluid Zoom allows for smooth zooming in and out of an image with much finer control than every before. The View Rotation tool allows you to rotate the view of the image around to make working on an image easier.
