I'm interested in meeting photographers in VA. Right now, I'm in Blacksburg, VA. But I do go to the northern VA area when I have a chance. If anyone would like to meet up and chat, that would be great. I'm new at photography and would love to learn from people who've been doing this for a while or with other newbies who'd be willing to learn with me by trial and error.

I'm down near Martinsville. I'd love to have a meet-n-greet but with my work schedule, it's a bit hard (we are in our busy season).

I can totally relate!

We're having another one this Sunday & I'm to it from a shoot & leaving a bit early for a client consultation.

It's barellllly getting squeezed in, but totally worth it.

Understandable. I'm trying to finish a doctoral degree and it's hard to get away from the lab, much less taking pictures of … well just about anything Laugh . Maybe when it's not your busy season or a chill Sat or Sunday, we could do a meet-n-greet with other SW-VA-ers.

Hey Bryant,

Thanks for the comment on the blog! I looked at yours too, very nice engagement session! What do you shoot with? Since I'm starting out, I just have a entry level Nikon D40. Not as nice as the other ones… but it gets the job done :-) If you ever want to do a meet and greet, let me know!

I wish we knew about each other when i was out there last month for Jennifer & Paul's wedding. We all could have hooked up when I did my street shoot in downtown.
