Podcast #112 – Doug Mcnamee – iPhoneography
Our guest today is Doug Mcnamee who has been a professional photographer for over 25 years, Doug has had photo studios in Seattle, Tokyo, Taipei and is now in Santa Monica. In addition to shooting, Doug recently spent two years as photography trainer to a nation-wide wedding photo agency. In 2007, he started tiltnshift photo workshops, offering learning and portfolio-building opportunities for new photographers. Shortly after buying his first iPhone, that device also became his favorite camera.
Doug has been the featured photographer on several iPhone photography websites. His iPhone prints have been exhibited in gallery shows in Berlin, New York, San Francisco, and Orange County. The upcoming LA mobile arts festival in Santa Monica will be features several of his images.
