Kerry and David talk to Jason Kiefer, the CEO of Pictage, to discuss how photographers can get more revenue by selling prints and how to maximize those print sales by understanding who it is that is buying the prints.
Jason gives some great tips for wedding photographers for getting to know all of the people personally that will generate the most sales for you.

Would've been nice (and a bit more responsible) if you'd also asked him why, since they're doing so WELL, they laid off 30% of the employees a month ago – many of which were the account managers, who actually take care of their "partners".
